Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all of Toolember, and especially to the dynamic QR code service, where a short link (toolember.com/r/<id>) redirects to a destination you choose and can change later. Because those links carry our domain, we hold their use to clear rules.

2. Prohibited use

You may not create codes or links, or otherwise use Toolember, to:

• Phishing, credential harvesting, or impersonation of a person or brand.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Point to illegal content, or content promoting violence, hate, or exploitation.
• Send spam, or drive traffic through deceptive or misleading redirects.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Adult content involving minors, or any content that is illegal where the user is located.
• Evade security controls, rate limits, or abuse the API.

3. Enforcement

We may disable or delete any code, link, or account that violates this policy, without notice, and may screen destination URLs (including automated safe-browsing checks) and block those flagged as unsafe. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.

4. Report abuse

If a Toolember link points to something malicious or otherwise violates this policy, report it via our contact page. Include the full toolember.com/r/… link. We review reports promptly and disable confirmed abuse.
