3D QR Code Art Generator

Turn any link into an animated 3D scene, a blooming cherry blossom tree, a lit-up city skyline, or a glowing circuit board, built directly from your QR data. Tap the scene to flip between the art and the scannable code. Free, no sign-up.

Real low-poly buildings rise from your QR data, from suburban blocks to a metropolitan night.

The themed scene is a decorative preview. For guaranteed phone-camera scanning, use the plain PNG download, it uses standard black-on-white contrast.

How it works

Every QR code is a grid of dark and light squares, called modules, arranged by a fixed international standard (ISO/IEC 18004). This tool builds that grid from your URL, then instead of drawing it as plain black and white squares, it maps each module onto a themed 3D scene: a paving tile under a tree, a building lot in a skyline, or a trace and chip on a circuit board.

Tap the scene and the decoration fades away, the camera moves to a top-down view, and you see the flat QR pattern underneath. Tap again to bring the scene back. Nothing about the underlying QR data changes, it is the same grid the whole time, just styled differently.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the themed QR code actually scan with a phone camera?
The 3D scene is a decorative preview built around your QR data, contrast and lighting vary by theme so it is not guaranteed to scan reliably in every app. Use the "Download scannable QR (PNG)" button for a standard high-contrast black-on-white code guaranteed to scan, then use the themed version for social posts, packaging mockups, or presentations where a human is looking at it.
What themes are available?
Three themes today: a Four Seasons Tree (a blossom tree with falling petals in Spring, a leafy tree under sun rays in Summer, an orange tree with falling leaves in Autumn, and a snow-dusted pine in Winter), a Night Skyline city (lit towers rising out of the QR grid), and a Circuit Board (Idle, Powered, Overclock, Standby). Each theme encodes your actual QR data into its 3D layout, tap the scene to flip between the art view and the QR view.
Is this a real QR code or just a picture of one?
It is a real QR code. The ground pattern in every scene is generated directly from your URL using the standard ISO/IEC 18004 QR matrix, the 3D tree, buildings, or circuit traces are drawn on top as decoration and hidden when you tap to reveal the flat QR pattern underneath.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Type a URL, pick a theme and variant, and it renders instantly in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
Can I use this for a dynamic QR code that I can edit later?
Not yet, this tool generates a static themed QR from whatever URL you type. For an editable destination you can change after printing, use the Dynamic QR Code Generator instead.
