MetricQR Alternative: Free Dynamic QR Codes With No Account

MetricQR's own home page lists unlimited dynamic codes and unlimited scans on its free plan, which is more than the 10,000 free codes here. Two things differ: it says codes only save once you are signed in, and its Pro plan is $14 a month against $5. Here is the rest, dated and read from their site.

Want to keep a code without signing in? Make a free dynamic QR code here. 10,000 codes, unlimited scans.

What MetricQR's own site says

Pro: $14 a month. Billed monthly, cancel any time, with a 14-day free trial. Annual billing is offered with two months free, but no annual price is printed on the page.

Where MetricQR is the better choice

Pick MetricQR if you will print more than 10,000 dynamic codes, since its free plan lists no code limit, or if you want the analytics it calls full on the free plan and are happy to sign in.

Pick Toolember if you want no account at all, a lower paid price ($5 a month against $14), or device and country routing on the free plan. We have not compared MetricQR's routing, design or team features, so those rows say Not checked rather than guessing.

A dynamic code with no account

It stays tied to your browser until you choose to sign in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is MetricQR really unlimited and free?▾

Its own home page lists unlimited dynamic codes and unlimited scans on the free plan, as of November 2026. It also says codes only save when you are signed in, so an account is needed to keep them.

Is Toolember cheaper than MetricQR?▾

For the paid plan, yes: Toolember Pro is $5 a month or $50 a year, and MetricQR Pro is $14 a month on its page. On the free plan MetricQR lists no code limit and Toolember gives 10,000.

Do I need an account for Toolember?▾

No. A dynamic code can be made without one and stays tied to the browser that made it. Signing in saves it to your account so you can edit it from any device.
